The installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects
requires monitoring and oversight by those familiar with the
commercial building process. Owner's do not always have a staff representative with the experience or expertise to manage the installation of our designed projects.
As a result:
ESA can provide Construction Management Services and relieve the Owner from the responsibilities of project installation oversight. Fee's for this service can be incorporated into almost any funding package.
ESA has qualified personnel with the construction
management experience to ensure that the project is
installed correctly and in accordance with the design.
The decision to install the project with a Construction Manager who acts as the Owner's representative is normally not an additional project expense. It simply eliminates the need for a General Contractor and inserts
a Project Manager into the program who is directly
accountable to the Owner...usually for the same (or less) expense as that charged by the General Contractor.
Should full-time oversight be required, ESA has qualified staff
available for relocation to the site for the total duration of the
project.
