About Us

Energy Audits provide an analysis of existing facilities and result in renovations as simple as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) modifications or as complex as extensive redesign of the entire energy consuming system.

It is recommended that an audit, in one form or another, be provided prior to any expenditure of funding. The insertion of the Energy Audit provides added assurance that the projects being undertaken will produce improved operating efficiencies and either reduce or avoid utility supplier costs.

Currently under contract to the State Energy Conservation Office (SECO), ESA is allowed to provide free energy surveys for Public Schools, Local Government and State Agencies, Public Hospitals and Institutions of Higher Education.

ESA has provided Investment Grade Energy Audits under contract to various State and Federal agencies. Contact us if you are interested in receiving this State funded service.
