During the Facility Assessment process, ESA works with the Owner’s maintenance and operations staff to understand what is going on inside of your facilities and pinpointing key issues that may need to be addressed and how soon. This includes identifying needs, problem areas, conditions, trends, and facility requirements. From there, our team will work to develop an MEP facility master plan to guide Owner’s through the process of prioritizing, budgeting, scheduling, upgrading and funding requirements.
